Nathan was born in Elk City, OK, but has spent most of his life enjoying the neon lights of Las Vegas.  Nathan met Lorenzo’s Dog Training Team as a former client while training his personal dogs, Sparky and Sampson.  He quickly became a believer in Lorenzo's theory when he saw rapid and positive changes in his own dogs.  Nathan’s knowledge and belief in Lorenzo's Dog Training Team theory deepened when he added a third dog to his pack, Surabi, a female Doberman Pincher.

It was at this point in Nathan’s life that he decided to leave his 9 year career in the civil engineering field to pursue his true passion, training dogs and become a partner with Lorenzo’s Dog Training Team.  He then spent time in Ohio under the direction of Lorenzo Miller for an intensive training program to perfect what he had learned through his personal experience as a client of Lorenzo's Dog Training Team and his existing knowledge of dogs.   Since, Nathan has been very busy training dogs, building relationships with clients and veterinarians through out the Las Vegas Valley to help make his market a success and change the mindset of what professional dog training is all about. Nathan believes that in life you will get out, what you put in. So, he is always trying to become more innovative with his efforts and looking for ways to be more efficient. His future professional goals include having several trainers working beside him and building a state of the art training facility in the Las Vegas area. He hopes to accomplish these goals to make it easier for people and their pets to live in harmony.

Nathan is one of seven children. He and his wife, Jessica, will be celebrating their Sixth wedding anniversary this year, and they are proud to welcome their first child. Jayden Preston Lochner was born on September 11th 2010. When he's not training dogs, Nathan enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, going to the beach, scuba diving, and keeping up with the latest trends in technology.
